Trust, Expertise & Our Approach
What makes Innovative Pest Solutions different from other companies?
Communication. Above all else, clear and honest communication is what sets us apart. Licensed pest control operators are required to follow product labels and regulations, so assuming those standards are met, the real difference lies in how information is shared. Many pest problems are resolved more effectively through collaboration with the people living or working in the space. We focus on explaining what’s happening, what to expect, and how clients can support the process—because pest control works best as a partnership, not a one-sided service.
How experienced are your technicians?
Our technicians operate with the combined experience and standards set by the ownership team, which represents over 30 years of industry experience. That experience informs how we inspect, treat, communicate, and follow up. Training, oversight, and real-world problem solving are prioritized so technicians aren’t just applying treatments, but understanding why they’re doing them.
Do you follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles?
Yes. Integrated Pest Management is the foundation of how we operate. Every service begins with identifying the issue, understanding contributing factors, and selecting the most appropriate control methods. IPM guides us to use targeted treatments, minimize unnecessary applications, and focus on long-term solutions rather than short-term fixes.
How do you stay environmentally responsible?
Environmental responsibility means understanding and respecting restrictions, not just complying with minimum requirements. We pay close attention to regions and jurisdictions with stricter pest control limitations and apply those principles where appropriate. For example, in areas with tighter controls on rodent baiting, we adjust our methods and rely more heavily on exclusion, monitoring, and non-chemical approaches. When restrictions exist, we work within them rather than around them.
What happens if a problem isn’t fully resolved?
This is addressed through communication at the time of service. Not every situation resolves on a single visit, and expectations are set accordingly. If additional steps are required, we explain why, what the next phase looks like, and how it will be handled. Clear follow-up planning ensures issues are managed properly rather than left uncertain. Communication isn’t just part of the service—it’s how results are achieved.
